Basic Aquarium Dosing Directions:![]()
- Standard dose: Use 1 drop per gallon of aquarium water or 1 cap (5ml) per 75 gallons
- Sensitive fish: Use half the dose or less for scaleless fish (e.g., loaches, catfish), bottom dwellers, and Tetras.

Duration: Add daily for 3 consecutive days. If symptoms remain, skip a day and repeat the 3-day cycle.
Important Steps to Follow:
- Remove carbon: Always remove activated carbon from your filter during treatment, as it absorbs the medication.
- Invertebrates/Plants: Note that Nox-Ich can be unsafe for invertebrates/amphibians and can affect sensitive aquatic plants.

Water change: Perform a partial water change after the final dose and vacuum the substrate to remove dead parasites.
